Ethical Foraging and Wildcrafting

This is an all-levels class meant for anyone who is interested in improving their herbal practices, increasing sustainability, and deepen their relationships to plants. In this class we will discuss the ethics surrounding sustainable harvesting, explore how to properly source herbs from wild spaces, methods to increase native plant populations, and much more. This class will offer students a chance to learn what it means to be an herbalist who lives in synchronicity with their local ecology. By the end, students will know what it means to act as stewards for their native flora and fauna.
